![]() ![]() Two crazy as hell characters in a situation like this is really entertaining! It even gets a lot more funnier when Furuta starts running away. It's quite enjoyable seeing these two interact. But Eto is semi-crazy too so she just messes with Furuta. Apologizing in the weirdest of weirdest of ways. He tells Eto a bunch of stuff acting like he's scared. ![]() This is where we see the intense comical side of Furuta. We see Eto's gigantic behemoth claw crush multiple V agents at once. We quickly switch on to Eto and Furuta after that. That's what you call great character development! All this things he has learned and experienced throughout until now pretty much overpowered whatever the incident with his mom engraved to him. When Kaneki began to realize all these, he also began to wish to live. Kaneki knows Hide more than anyone in the series, so it's just right that he would project Hide in the most accurate way (though, this is all speculations) unlike Rize. Though I'm sure Hide would say the exact same thing if it was actually him. It was all because of himself in the end. Kaneki then realizes that his visions of Rize and Hide were just extensions of his own. This is so exciting! Kaneki's Kakuja is almost complete and he's in his best status, it might make up to one of the best fights in TG! We also see Kaneki have this crop-cut armor covering his top mostly. He says how being weak, indecisive, awkward, and ungainly are what he is. While the two fight it off, Kaneki contemplates on himself. Now all that's left is judgement on who wins. I guess this means Arima finally witnesses the expected rebirth if his pupil. We could always agree on the "stress by Arima's pounding" though but that defies logic.Īrima smiles back. I'm just so-so when it comes to biology so I have no idea if this is real or not. Something I heard, apparently Kaneki got this hair by intaking/"sucking" the RC cells from his black hair to get more RC for his Kakuja. Not the same "true" as the Black Reaper but "true" as in what he SHOULD be. Along with that white-hair, it's practically telling us that this is the "true" Kaneki. One of the genuine and truly pure smiles Kaneki has shown throughout the series. And oh, the editor also added a little statement about the "shells being broken" and all in the same page.įollowing that slight transformation was a smile from Kaneki to Arima. Dragon's normally (in fiction) are born from an egg, what else had something to do with an egg? So yeah, just thought it was nice to see that. Last chapter we saw how the symbolism about the Demian (Herman Hesse's, I actually mixed up the name last time, sorry for that) quote connect with Kaneki's rebirth. And I think a dragon is pretty appropriate for Kaneki right now. I'm guessing all the hints in the past chapters about scales are actually hinting his Kakuja to be a dragon-like form not a snake as some theorized. Obviously Arima just watches like it was nothing. It also seems there's a some sort of armor forming at his back. His arms look like dragon talons, y'know the scales and claws. We begin the chapter with Kaneki with his white-hair as his Kakuja forms through his body. :wavy_dash: :wavy_dash: :wavy_dash: :wavy_dash: :wavy_dash: :wavy_dash: :wavy_dash: :wavy_dash: :wavy_dash: :wavy_dash: :wavy_dash: :wavy_dash: :wavy_dash: :wavy_dash: And this chapter seems to relatively short. Welcome to my weekly TG:re reviews! I'm a bit late (again). ![]()
